As a teacher at NOVA,you will work with a small faculty and wear many hats in an interdisciplinary and collaborative environment.

We're seeking an innovative teacher who is passionate about teaching social studies. The content will be US, WA, and World History, with critical thinking and skill-building work focused on the areas of civics, economics, and history. It's a 2-year looping classroom with the opportunity to integrate with other disciplines and adjust the curriculum in response to our changing world. This full time position comes with benefits and a generous professional development budget. The successful candidate willhold a K-8 or 6 – 12 history/social studies certification andpreferably have experience with highly capable/gifted middle school students.
