NOVA CURRICULUM

IMG 2830 useNOVA School’s unique honors and personal growth curriculum helps ground students in knowledge, skills and healthy relationships to position them for life-long success.

The NOVA curriculum covers more subjects and dives deeper into concepts. Faculty leverage every student's individual strengths to realize great achievements across math, science, language arts, history, geography, foreign languages, visual arts, comprehensive music, technology, inclusive athletics, and other areas of study. Immersing all students in these subjects with focus on collaboration and compassion creates well-rounded graduates capable of solving complex real-world issues utilizing multiple perspectives.  This means NOVA graduates are frequently recognized as being many steps ahead of peers when entering high school.

NOVA students learn subjects in ways that not only enable success on standardized tests, but also ensure understanding of how principles, equations, data, research, and advanced concepts are applied to find solutions and make meaningful connections across disciplines. NOVA students achieve high scores on AP, SAT and other tests, but more importantly, they are also positioned for success in college, graduate programs, careers and wherever they go throughout their lives as they lead and innovate.
