"I love teaching Language Arts because students get to explore a million possible worlds. Whether it's reading a variety of authors, creating their own stories, or researching real world events, they are constantly expanding their understanding of what a life can look like. They also grow their confidence in presenting and sharing their interests and passions."

Fun Fact #1 — I love going to see live performances—both concerts and theater.

Fun Fact #2 — I have traveled through 22 countries.

Fun Fact #3 — I love the Capitol Theater in downtown Olympia and have spent over a thousand hours watching movies, live concerts, performing and volunteering there.
